The U.S. Virgin Islands was recently ravaged by the ferocity of Hurricane Irma.  There was much damage to homes, businesses, and overall infrastructure.  

Virgin Islanders United, Inc. as a civic organization dedicated to the U.S. Virgin Islands stands United with our people - the people of the U.S.V.I.  As such, we ask that visitors to this site please consider contributing whatever you can to aid in the restoration of the Territory.

Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett, the U.S.V.I's Delegate to Congress, has announced that the Community Foundation Of The Virgin Islands has set up a fund capable of receiving donations earmarked for the Territory.  Therefore, if you are interested in making a donation to assist the U.S. Virgin Islands, please make your donations through Pay Pal utilizing the following link: http://CFVI.net/donate-fund.php.  Please add "Fund for the VI" or "FFVI" into the description/memo line.

Virgin Islanders United’s Caribbean Cultural Fest 2017: The Centennial Edition, Delivers Hit Caribbean Music & Commemorates the V.I. Transfer Centennial


U.S. Virgin Islands – Summer in the USVI is hot, but on Labor Day weekend in New York City it will sizzle, as Virgin Islanders United, Inc. proudly presents – “Caribbean Cultural Fest. 2017: The Centennial Edition” – Commemorating 100 Years since The Transfer of The Virgin Islands from Denmark To The United States. This outdoor Caribbean music concert is a FREE, family fun day, and is the largest annual celebration of V.I. culture and pride in North America, and a Mecca of eastern Caribbean music. The event takes place on Sunday, September 3, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Jackie Robinson Park, located at 85 Bradhurst Ave. on 145th Street in Harlem NYC. Caribbean Cultural Fest. 2017 is sponsored by: The VI Transfer Centennial Commission, The U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Tourism, Southland Gaming, WSTA Radio 1340 a.m., McCall’s Funeral Home (NYC) and Virgin Islanders United, Inc.
